Superhero Mentality: Hercules

Superhero Mentality focuses on the positive mental health routines of different comic characters and a dedication to fitness is an important part of Hercules’ routine. Marvel’s Lion Of Olympus has spent centuries defending the world from the forces of evil with his superhuman strength and godly skillset. But even a god can’t afford to be complacent.

That’s why Hercules’ mental health routine is based on promoting strength in the mind as well as strength in the body. This is achieved through training with the right technique and adopting an attitude that values mental fortitude.

Even superheroes like Mister Miracle aren’t immune to suicidal thoughts. Raised in a hyper-masculine and violent society, Scott Free spent his whole life trying to escape. He fled to Earth, created a new identity for himself and married a good woman, but it wasn’t enough to stop his depression. He tried to kill himself by slitting his wrists. Eventually, Scott managed to get his life back on track by finding a routine that worked for him. Continue reading “Superhero Mentality: Mister Miracle”
