A land of legends, gods and monsters, The Frontier has a history stretching back thousands of years and scholars of the world have debated tirelessly about timelines, facts and major events.

Descending Into The Underealm

You won’t get far in The Frontier without someone wishing you walk well into The Underealm and thrive in The Sunlight Meadows.

Or that you’ll be damned to the blackest pits of The Underealm. Or that you’ll be punished for your vices. Maybe you’ll overhear a conversation in a saloon about a hero who died well and he’s living his virtues in Eudon Hall.

Gun-Slingers, Outlaws And Anti-Heroes: A History Of Western Comics

The Wild West is one of those iconic genres that conjures images of open plains and rugged landscapes. The Western genre has become a part of every storytelling medium, including comics. Western comics such as DC’s All-Star Western and Vertigo’s Preacher series have kept the genre going from strength to strength for around a century. Demonstrating The Beauty Of Steampunk At The TimeQuake Festival In Manchester

A movement that’s gained a lot of popularity in recent years is steampunk, and with its mixture of old and new technology, it’s not hard to see why people are interested in it. The interesting thing about steampunk is that there are so many variations, such as the dieselpunk and weird west genres. Several of these genres were on display at the TimeQuake Steampunk Convention in Manchester. Given my interest in steampunk I was looking forward to seeing what was there and I wasn’t disappointed.
